Anyway...There isnt any chance of RVN coming here, if he goes anywhere it will be Italy or Spain, failing that back to Holland.

I dont think he would ever be interested in coming here or Manure interested in selling him to us.

Why can you Magpies say that Newcastle is not a giant??kennethlindheim says they are so why can't they get Dirk Kuyt???Ruud van Nistelrooy as well.Think about that...Kuyt and van Nistelrooy on top.Who will ask about Owen if that dream came true.I think it likely could be a dream come true. Here is my dreamteam:Given;Alves,Bramble,Moore,Magnin;Joaquin ,Parker,Emre,N'Zogbia; van Nistelrooy,Kuyt

Res:Maik Taylor,Carr,Steven Taylor,Solano,Hamann,Charlie Miller,Owen,Crouch

So you're back, you fuckstick.

Apparantly we have abandon our interest in Kuyt coz of his poor world cup. I also doubt RvN will play for us next season, so your duo at front is highly unlikely. Alves and Joaquin will problably end up in Liverpool.
Maik Taylor as a goalkeeper reserve? You must be insane.
But I kind of like your dreamteam. I wouldn't mind that teamsheet.

Default Newcastle trial for French striker

Garra Dembele has been handed the chance of winning a St James' Park deal.

The French under-20 international currently plays for Auxerre and will join the Magpies during pre-season as manager Glenn Roeder continues his search for new recruits.

I hope the Magpies follow the situation in Italy. Both Juve, AC Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio(?) can get big problems and players will probably leave the club.

Many of those players can reinforce the tyneside club.

I don't know about you, but I'm starting to get a little frustrated on what is happening on the transfer front. WTF is going on? Fat Fred and Roeder has to get their fingers out of the asses and sign a striker before the intertoto. With Ameobi a doubt, we only have Luque and Milner as options as strikers, and that is not good enough.

I fear that we'll get a very boring and weak Magpies team in Norway. If LSK get a good result in England, they can beat this Newcastle team in Lillestrøm.

Norwegian teams have a very good statestic against the English. Espesially here in Norway. Remember the 1-1 match against Vål'enga some years ago.

LSK at Åråsen will NOT be easy. They will give 100 % and Newcastle have not a very dangerous team.

Fat Fred must use millions of £ this summer. First of all, the club is the injure club number 1 in Europe ( together with the whites from Spain ) and the squad isn't that great.

If The Magpies goal is to be in Europe and top five in England, they must buy in a lot of quality this summer and still keep the best players ( Owen, Parker, Dyer, etc )

Come on, I want some action soon. There are plenty of good players and the market in Italy, Germany and Spain is very interesting. But they need so many new players and quality = expensive. Fat Fred and N'castle ain't that rich either.

I really hope I'm wrong but think Roeder might be having problems luring players to St James Park.
its been a little too quiet on the transfer front....a little...too quiet...which could mean several things:

1) The club is keeping hush hush about and signings and waiting for a particular time to release information maybe after the World Cup is finished (that would probably apply to international figures)

2) Its quiet because...its quiet...i.e no one is being signed and Roeder could be having problems getting players to come here....

With the deadline for the first intertoto game I would have thought it would have made new signings even more vital....

Default Newcastle may move for Morrison

Newcastle United manager Glenn Roeder is running the rule over Cambridge United defender Michael Morrison.
Morrison, 18, has been training with the Premiership club and is due to take part in a trial game this weekend.

"I will know after that if they want to take it further. If not, he's been asked to go to another Premiership club for them to look at him," boss Rob Newman told the U's website.

Morrison has previously spent time training at both Everton and Preston.

I read earlier today that if Juventus is going down to Serie B or Serie C, they'll loan out the players for a year or two until they are back on track.

This players are Emerson, Cannavaro, Trez, Vieria, Zlatan etc..

I reckon many of the big guns will go for this players, but Juve have a big squad and many of them can reinforce this Newcastle United team.

Yes, we just have to wait and see...

But I think there in only one realistic player we could get, and that is Robert Kovac.
