Default Robbie Elliot

What does everyone think of souness giving him his chance. After so long out i think hes done well, but giving him the captains armband was a bit too far. Also, although he has great ambition and determination to keep his place, i feel once we get a new defender he may be back on the transfer list.

Yea I think when January comes, hes back in the reserves. It would have been better giving Carr the armband that night or even Kluivert

Bramble should partner O'Brien on saturday.Elliott has done the club proud by honestly performances, but Bramble is better.

I agree completely with that, he has been a great role model for the other players, but he is still not a specialist centre back.

Approved by Elliot so far this season, and I'm not sure that Bramble had done a better job than him. However, he isn't good enough for the staring lineup, but he is a nice reserve.

The Magpies have also removed him from the transfer list!

I think Bramble is way better, Bramble in Underated, he can give a excellent tackle and is good at long balls but he is sometimes day dreaming and makes stupid mistakes.
