Galaxy 'not desperate' yet
The Galaxy has also been discussing a trade with New York regarding Amado Guevara. Sampson, without addressing Guevara directly, acknowledges imminent changes would probably come from within MLS.
"Getting a player from outside the league, at this point, could take four to six weeks or even longer with visa issues and everything else," he said. "For us to make any major move would be premature, but of course we're always talking. We're not to the point of desperation, yet."
