Arena just doesn't know how to run things, Arvizu had plenty of worth but he gives him up for nothing. I swear he doesn't understand perception and how to make it work for you. I mean you might now somebody is shit but if the perception is that they are a legit talent you hold on to that player until you get the perceived worth for that player no matter what the reality is and from what we've seen from him we have to assume that he doesn't get that.
