MD36: Milan 2 - 1 Inter [4/5/08]
This game is very important for both clubs.
Milan want fourth place.
Inter want the championship.

Derby matches are always important, but this one will be special. This has potential to be a game of the season. Milan will want it more, but Inter will definitely want a win to solidify first place.

If I know Mancini and Inter, they will treat this like there CL final. I'm not sure of win, but I expect a very good effort from the side.
But from the Milan side, they are also fighting for their CL life, and maybe this could be the last time some of their players play in this "game".
Interesting game, should be a blast.

reminded me of the freekick that Drogba scored in the Carling cup final, bad keeping by Kalac, he should have been covering his side of the goal, instead he was flat footed and couldn't see much so he conceeded. A bit surprised afterwards to see him blaming the wall...

This was an excellent game...Milan needed this game more and Inter was playing for the draw. Inter came out strong in the second half and tried to tie the game, but Milan wanted this game more. Where was this performance by Milan all year??

Milan doesn't have Inter's depth. They also got up for this game, just like Juve and Roma did.
Inter took care of business in the first half of the season like they should of, and we are hanging on still.
Like honestly, look at all the players we are missing?
Ibra, Samuel, Cordoba and Figo.
Kudos and congrats to Milan. They played harder and they wanted it. However its strange how Inter near the end almost snatched a point.
The sooner this season ends the better, I'm really tired of fielding makeshift teams.
Pippo and Kaka were on today. Pippo was a real pain in the ass.

The wall also cheated and was not back far enough. Happy to see Cruz score, I hope he gets hot again.

Kaka, Seedorf and Inzaghi had a great game....there was a point int he fist half where Milan dominated Inter...strange to see Inter get dominated by possession.
