Chelsea reunion in Milan..Mourinho and Drogba to come?
Quote:
Chelsea reunion in Milan? Sunday 30 December, 2007
Former Chelsea manager Josè Mourinho and current Blues striker Didier Drogba will join Milan this summer, according to L’Equipe.
The French newspaper claims that the Portuguese Coach [pictured] has already signed a pre-contract with Milan to join them in July.
Mourinho is currently out of work after his Stamford Bridge exit in September and has claimed he would like a move to Italy.
The self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ enjoyed plenty of success at both Porto and Chelsea, as well as being assistant manager at Barcelona.
It is though that current Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti will take the place of Frank Rijkaard at Barcelona, as the Dutchman is under intense pressure at the Nou Camp.
L’Equipe goes on to claim that Drogba, who is reportedly unsettled in London after Mourinho’s departure, would then follow Mourinho to Milan.
The Rossoneri could make a £25m bid for the Ivorian striker, but Chelsea will be reluctant to release arguably their most important player.
Meanwhile, full-back Gianluca Zambrotta is also hoping to join the Rossoneri in January after struggling to establish himself at Barcelona this term.
The Italian international could move to San Siro for as little as £5m.

If it happened I wouldn't that surprised, ie. I can see why these rumours have surfaced.
However, of all the names mentioned in that article the one most likely to join Milan is Zambrotta in my opinion.

Milan would be unstopable.
But I don't see Drogba or Jose going Italy.

Mourinho is going to Spain, be either Madraid or Barce, Barce hate him, but they love for him to be there manager.
Inter won't get rid of Mancini with his recent form.

Although itchy trigger finger Moratti will want the CL soon and I'm not sure Mancini is up to it yet.
We'll see.

Mancini is not going to get fired because contrary to what most people think, Mancini is a good coach, who is actually getting better in my opinion. His record is not debateable.
Jose will be in Italy, I see it happening. And I believe he has a gentlemen's agreement with the club.
Jose himself said, that his next stop will be in Italy.

It's Spain , Spanish people and press hate/despise him, therefore he will go to Spain, he's so arragont he will have to he will love to prove them wrong and win again, not forget this man is a winner, he beat Fergie and Wenger all in all in the three years he was in England and he beat the press , he would love to do in a bigger dister area that is Spin . IMO Italy will be too easy ride for him, Italy don't mind him.

Sven???
Real Madrid got rid of Capello who won for them, because of the type of football he played.
JM won't go there, that leaves Barca. The team makeup of Barca and JM???? I don't think so.
However you base your conclusion on what JM will do because of his personal character.
I base mine on the fact that Milan will likely get a new coach, and his personality and tactics suit Italy much more.
Especially Milan. Milan or Barca?? No disrespect to Barca, but how do you turn down Milan??????

You can't turn down any of the three teams, yes correct I'm basing it all on Mr Mourinho personallity, as I have followed him passed three years I just feel Spain is his destiny.
Rykarrd (sp) is coming to an end, yes Jose would suit Italy much much more then Spain, but he want to prove something , though he really has nothing to prove imo, his record speaks for its self, the guy is a winner.

A large section of the Barca support can't stand him and would prefer George Bush in charge. Mourinho might see that as a challenge, I'm not sure. Barca might not even choose Mourinho and go for Valverde or such. Mourinho might choose Barca because he knows the club. He was at Barca for 3 years, 2 as assistant manager and he knows the city well and loved it and even named his kids Catalan names.
Milan or Barca for Mourinho? Tough choice that he may have to make one day.

...one could argue he is also a quitter and a hard head, but I won't go there.

Hard Head yes...quitter why??
he is an amazing coach and where ever he goes I will be worried that a few of our players might follow him... So there definitely could be a reunion...
Italy or Germany is where he will end up...he said he wanted to learn a new language and go to a new league...which logically leaves Italy and Germany.
Which team he might end up at is anyones guess...which high class team is suffering and needs a new manager perhaps?

I wouldn't exclude the possibility of him taking over at Bayern.

Twice he's left a club after just a matter of a few games into the season.
