He reiterated that he doesn't want to leave as long as fergie ferg is around. In the beginning, I thought he should've played in spain but now he has proven me wrong with his fantastic play.
The players bailed him out, it would've been a bad feeling going into the dressing me if terry scored.

If Man Utd had lost the UCL final. I'd have said that Real Madrid have a shot at signing him.
But now that he has won it, i don't think he'd want to leave. I mean. His logic would consist in that he is in a winning team that can achieve things. Sure he know Real Madrid's current squad is able to secure back-to-back La Liga throphy. But he also know that Real Madrid haven't progressed in the UCL. They've been disqualified for like, what? 4, 5 times in the first knockout stage in the last seasons?
One can say, Real Madrid have the money to bring enough players for the team to progress. But don't they try to do that every season?
Bottom line, he ain't leaving.

A lot going on over the last 2 days, one minute he's staying, the next Real are preparing a mega offer for him, it's hard to decide which to believe.
Ferguson is adamant he'll stay (see here: Goal.com - Manchester United - Fergie Slams Madrid's Ronaldo 'Nonsense' ), Ronaldo has said he'll probably stay and that his future will be cleared by 2 weeks time (see here: Goal.com - Manchester United - Ronaldo D-Day In Two Weeks ), but Calderon is reported to be going straight to Glazer with his offer this time (see here: Goal.com - Real Madrid - Calderón To Launch Mega Ronaldo Offer? ).
What to believe.... I still think he'll stay this season.
Although I must admit, as priceless as Ronaldo is, if Real are willing to offer around £40M + Robinho it's probably worth considering. A real ready-made replacement and a LOT of money...

I wouldn't even trade him for Robinho ....
Celderon, don't be stupid. He doesn't worth the money ....
We don't want to have another "Galacticos" age!!

come on kyan £40m isnt enough at least £60-70m plus Robinho would be at good.but then again i would turn it down altogether.coz we never know how long it would take for even a world class player to adapt to new league, team and etc.
it took ronaldo the same curve in order for him to arrive where he is now and thats very very priceless and isnt a price tag that can match it.

I'm tired and pissed about this C.Ronaldo saga.
Media wants to sell papers, and C.Ronaldo has throwen fuel in the fireplace several times after his lovely words to Madrid and Spanish football.
And of course is Madrid interested in a player like C.Ronaldo, espesially since they've the power to get him while he actually wants to play for them, according to himself.
Ronaldo should go out in the media and be totally clear. " I want to play for ManUtd for many more years, and I won't go to Spain in near future" but he has maybe used Real Madrid to get better fee and wage in Manchester ?
I can't see Madrid are buying him either. They've been linked with several names already like Kaka, Christiano Ronaldo, Diego, Queresma, Vucevic, Huntelaar, Nasri, Hleb, Essien....etc....etc....
Rumours, rumours and rumours all over.

The last thing Madrid should be doing is signing those Glatico type players which actually ruined there club a few years back imo.
There being linked with Ronaldo, Fabregas, Kaka...These players should be left at there clubs.
They have a great talent in Robinho, he has the potential to be the worlds best but they just seem on not helping the youngsters out there. Gago another great talent, Higuan they all need to be given chance to play, they dont need Ronaldo and Kaka coming in.

You can't compare C.Ronaldo and Kaka with "The Galactico policy" under Perez.
Of course had both Fabregas, Ronaldo and Kaka reinforced Madrid. They are all in perfect age and is on the highest level inside football. When Madrid runned the Galacticos, they had plenty of them and most of them were aged. But they finished second in La Liga twice after Super Barca with Ronaldinho as God that years....and together with for example a club like Manchester United....they didn't won something big from 2003-2006.
I'm agree that they not shall bring in several 'big names' to the club tough. But todays Madrid is builded up with players that fits together with a very talented squad. Gago, Higuain, Robinho, Ramos, Pepe, Marcelo (soon Garay), Sneijder, Robben, Casillas, etc....yes they must continue....but for example C.Ronaldo in the squad had not destroyed the club.
But good news to United fans. Its 98 % sure that he will stay in England, and its just media who are inventing up 98 % of Madrids rumours. Why didnt they discover Garays transfer from Santander earlier? Or when Sneijder, Pepe, Marcelo, Gago or Higuain joined the club?

Yeah its happening every summer now its just nonsense talk.
Ronaldo still hasnt been crowned best player in the world, he can win even more trophies next season including the world club championship, yes i know a nonsense tournament but the rest of the world seem to think its bigger then anything.

He'l stay at least as long as Ferguson. Then it's up to Quieroz to persuade him.
At United, we no longer have the "job done" mentality that lead to the decline of the '68 Eouropean Cup winners. We look to expand on every win now. Ronaldo isn't just part of this team, he's part of this era, along with others.

I'm amazed that after all the nonsense with the Ashley Cole transfer saga etc, that FIFA / UEFA haven't been brought into this to shut Real Madrid up. Oh wait, I forgot ... Real are the club that transcend all laws, so whatever they want to do and say is OK. But if United or Chelski said that they "admired Lionel Messi and were making signing him their top priority for the summer", you can be damn sure that FIFA / UEFA would hit them with a tapping up charge, among other things.
So perhaps United ought to let Ronaldo go to Real Madrid - for a minimum of 500 million pounds - payable in cash in one lump sum. No structured settlements, no player + cash deals, no incentive bonuses. The message to Real Madrid should be - "Pony up 500 million cash or shut the fuck up and sit down"

Why shall UEFA and FIFA been brought in to stop Real Madrid? Its the media who links C.Ronaldo to Madrid, not the club.
Is that illegal? No. Is it illegal to show interest in a player? No
Madrid have not contacted C.Ronaldo behind ManUtd either. Its C.Ronaldo who has used this to get better wage in Manchester.
If you want to learn more about this case, read my article in the Real Madrid forum.
