Just because Chelsea can't beat an Arsenal team 4-0 doesn't mean u have to try and devalue the victory.
Arsenal put out as strong a team as United did, if not stronger, where were Ronaldo, Tevez, Giggs & Scholes??
Arsenal had Fabregas, Gallas, Toure & Hleb all starting, so if they weren't taking it seriously they wouldn't have put out 4 of their best players, with Adebayor coming on after the game had been lost.
Just because they played poorly and United were in top form doesn't mean they didn't want it. When Roma lost 7-1 in the CL last year did they not want to qualify?
The Gallas u get so excited about for some reason isn't flawless, he has poor games, and this was one of them, if he didn't care he wouldn't get so wound up when Nani was taking the piss out of him.

Game was boring in it's self for me to devalue this result, one sided, arsenal not playing how they would made it a rubbish game.
Arsenal (players) didn't take this game serious, even if Wenger maybe wanted to go through.
I would of got pissed of with Nani, let alone a world class defender.

He is amazing. Considering his injury problems last season and the beginning of this meaning not only has he had to adapt the England and contend with the language barrier, he'd only played about a seasons worth of football outside of Brazil before he signed for us.
I honestly think he is better than Fabregas was at 19.

All he needs is goals, we're not getting enough from central midfield this season despite them playing brilliantly at times.

Unbelievable!!!!!!!
Gallas escapes action over Nani
Quote:
The Football Association will not take any action against Arsenal captain William Gallas over his confrontation with Manchester United winger Nani.
Gallas appeared to kick Nani from behind during Arsenal's 4-0 FA Cup loss to United at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Red Devils manager Alex Ferguson felt Gallas should have received a red card.
But after viewing video footage the FA said: "The referee was not satisfied that it showed evidence of violent conduct and no action will be taken."
For the FA to take the matter further, referee Alan Wiley would have had to deem the clash worthy of a red card.
Arsenal had Emmanuel Eboue sent off in a fiery second-half and a furious Ferguson said Gallas should have followed.
"I thought Gallas should have been sent off," Ferguson said after the match. "The referee must have a look at that again.
"He kicked Nani from behind and the referee called both over because they sized each other up. He should've been red-carded."
|
How the fuck was that not violent conduct?!?!?!
David Villa got sent off for Valencia for doing something very similar last night, and yet with video evidence the FA don't see fit to punish Gallas for this? Fucking joke.
Here's the incident for those who don't know:

should have been suspended for sure... he kicked him with the ball several yards away. thanks for posting that. i cant imagine what the FA could have been looking at... unbelievable.
there is absolutely NO question that arsenal are the worst losers ever... they have always shown immaturity in defeat. I respect wenger and think he's one of the best, but i think he has an issue with arrogancy and immaturity, which is reflected in his players (their youth is NOT an excuse... they are full professionals).
gallas, a top 3 defender in the PL???? HAHAHAHAHAHA.... he is not even the best defender at arsenal... toure is 20x the player of gallas (he is far underestimated). rio, vidic, carvalho to name 3 more... ffs, jagielka has been better this season by a mile.
as for anderson better than fabregas... that is saying ALOT!!!!!! both are brilliant... but fabregas was world-class at 19 and a full international... anderson still has a bit to go, but i do believe he can get there
nice post at the top of this page kyan... exactly my thoughts...

Arsenal's Brazilian midfielder Gilberto has warned United winger Nani to stop being so skilful. If he continues to show off his talents, he'll "get a bad kick", apparently.

btw guys what do think of this???stumbled upon it in the papers section in our website.doesnt this seems similar to last years threat made by another epl player on ronaldo that if im not mistaken lead him a fine or some thing.

Flamini is the biggest crime, horrendous tackle on Nani, that the camera didn't really get.
Anderson is a pitbull mixed with a Flamengo dancer, he can play in the role in middle of park and control , like Gilberto mixed with Ronaldinho , raw talent, just needs the goals, very impressive, makes me wanna watch United.

This is a great point.
Did anybody see Gallas yesterday against Birmingham ?
Stomping around like a big child not getting his own way, kicking hoardings and then marching to the other end of the pitch before bursting into tears !! It was hilarious and I'm sure that SAF and the boys were pissing themselves at Arseholes' supposed CAPTAIN ( ) acting like a deranged spoilt child. A fully grown big girl's blouse !!
Anyway, if that was Manchester United's captain, I would be campaigning to have the armband taken off him. Captains do not behave like that. William Gallas is therefore no captain. He's a twat. But it WAS funny !!

hahahahahaha... gallas truly is a c**t... there is NO ONE that i despise more than him... classless, arrogant, immature, and overrated. there is a far better centerback at arsenal that deserves the armband far more than him: kolo toure. he is about the only class act at arsenal.
