On the official United site they reported that Vidic would be out for around a month on 31/03/07. Which means he's still out for around 2 weeks...

Rio, O'Shea and Park should all be back for the Boro game on Saturday. Neville may be fit in time for the 1st leg against Milan which leaves Vidic and Silvestre (both likely to miss the rest of the season), Saha (who is a bit of a mystery) and Evra (who we have no idea about although I expect him to be back quickly).

it will be massive boost if we can have them in time for milan, obviously they wont be match fit but at least we know they have recovered from injury

O'Shea and Rio having only missed a week or two will be match fit Neville has been out for about 5 weeks and Park about the same so neither of them will be able to do 90minutes against Milan.

Credit goes to jlae, his idea
VDS is fine, I think he just needs to get his head sorted, made a couple of high profile mistakes so a rest will have done him good.
Our entire first choice backline is injured..... and then some!

Injury boost for United
Sir Alex Ferguson will be able to call on Rio Ferdinand and John O’Shea for Saturday’s match against Middlesbrough to ease his defensive injury concerns.
Patrice Evra was the latest name added to the list of casualties which includes Ferdinand, O’Shea, Gary Neville, Nemanja Vidic and Mikael Silvestre.
Evra was on the end of a late challenge from Colin Kazim-Richards and had to go off with a calf injury after 21 minutes of the 2-1 win over Sheffield United.
“It was a bad tackle, but we don't know the extent of the injury yet,” Sir Alex told Sky Sports. “He'll have a scan in the morning.”

thats all we know so far about evra for now.good news that o'shea and rio will be back.the weekend game will help o'shea and rio to gain back fitness in time for the milan game.
