Retarded is a very inappropriate term.

So, you have a dislike of people with learning disabilities ?

Apparently West Brom are interested in taking Pique on loan next season. I hope that one goes through, would be a good move for him.

The 17-year-old left-back is seen as one of the best prospects in Britain, a classy defender with an eye for goal and a fantastic repetoire of free-kicks - and United are among the cluster of clubs monitering his progress.

The Cardiff-born prodigy has five goals already this season for Southampton, and also scored on his competitive international debut. Incredibly, five of the six strikes have been free-kicks.

Elsewhere, United have allegedly been rebuffed in their attempts to sign Norwegian starlet Havard Nordtveit from Haugesund.

A statement from the Norwegian club claimed that, while talks had ended without agreement, the door remains ajar for future negotiations.

Usual suspects Owen Hargreaves and Fernando Torres continue to be linked with Old Trafford, although Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid remain vocal in their intent to keep hold of the pair.

wtf?? another leftback??? granted heinze has been poor this season but still, we have evra, heinze, silvestre and even if need be that muppet richardson who can play lb, the first 3 who are generally good players anyway, if theres one position we really dont need strengthening its lb (and cb and gk).

does anyone know anything about this Norweigan kid?? it doesnt even say what position he plays

it looks like ole's helping out with the scouting system, were dipping into the norweigan youth systems atm. maybe thats to be his future role (or maybe im just thinking too simply...)

other rumours:

Keane is trying to get Ole Gunnar to join him on loan at sunderland in january.

Utd are also tracking Sevilla midfielder Antonio Puerta.

If Utd fail to sign hargreaves next summer, they'll bid £5M for rio mavuba.

isn't it possible that utd would switch bale to rb groom him as the successor to Gaz? seems like if that were the case it would be a good move. 7m is pricy but if he is as good as we're told he might one day make that appear a steal

I been told about Bale that he is very over rated and is compared to Ian Harte. Great at Free kicks but thats about it
