Well, I wouldn't have an injured player in my starting XI either, I guess thats probably the reason he isn't playing.

14 matches and 12 goals, with the fact he has been injured twice this season. Still has a 1 in 2 goal ratio in the league and when you consider our form at the start of the season, he has done really well to get some goals. Imagine if he had the service we have been providing players like rooney in the past two months.

122 goals in 159 appearences overall

72 goals in 107 league games
12 goals in 9 fa cup cup games

and 37 goals in 39 european games

i would like you to find a better replacement then that, he has proved he is one of the worlds best striker and his goal scoring ratio shows that. Imagine if he got the service this season he got, when we just used to go all out attacking instead of this non jointed displays at the start of the season

im not slaggin him off as a player , just stating that his prem performances this year havnt been the best .

his career for us has been great im the first to admit but this season he has only realy scored well in the cl , hes been none existent in the prem .

hes had injurys yes but still in the long run in prem games he failed to find the net far too much this season .

he will come back and be all gun ho im sure of it , on his day theres no better striker in the prem , even considering henry in that .

And? It's 4 goals in 9 still. Does it matter that they weren't open play, right now, he would be getting more, as our servie to the forwards has improved drastcially.
