Landon Donovan is a great player, but he didnt show up for the game against DC united yesterday. I was pretty disappointed. He was not at all playing like the Landon Donovan we all know and love. He wasnt pressing forward enough, and when he did he looked dog tired. Not to mention that up until his last corner kick, his set kicks were horrible. He kicked the ball right into the small two man wall on his set piece from like 30 years out. If LA would have played the last 20 mins of the game like they played the last 6 they would have at least walked away from that game with 1 point, maybe even 3. And someone should give an academy award to Ruiz for his little crying tissy fit in stoppage time.
