I'm surprised no New York City. Beckham loves NYC and spends time there every off season.

New York is as good as it gets. People who don't live in or near the city will never understand.

That is Laughable!!!! If he thinks hes Gonna promote Soocer in America and make it an Impact Sport he Must be louco.
L.A is a nice place to visit, But staying there is to much of trend these days. If Becks leaves For L.A, I think it would be a Good Move to help him Promote his New Fragrance.

Good move, but he can sell the game off the pitch, but on the pitch, I would rather see Figo, Del Piero, Batistuta etc. I feel player like these can do a better job of selling the game, and making it better.

IMO Becks is the best to sell the league and soccer in general to the average US sports fan and is the best for the MLS from a financial point of view. He's far from the best player to come over to help sell it to the kids to play or stay with soccer, someone like Ronaldinho would be ideal. Remember we aren't talking about hardcore soccer fans that will understand and notice great plays and players thats play a smooth simple and unspectacular.
