Default Biscan Has "Attitude Problem"

The Croatian media are clamouring for Igor Biscan's return to the international fold due to his exceptional upturn in fortunes at Liverpool.
The midfielder has won over the Anfield supporters with his performances of late, emerging as a key figure in the Merseyside club's charge to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
Yet he remains overlooked by Croatia coach Zlatko Kranjcar and has not played for his country since walking out on the squad for the Euro 2004 qualifier with Bulgaria in October, 2003.
The Croatian authorities banned him for six months but, even though the 26-year-old's suspension has expired, he has yet to earn a call from Kranjcar.
The coach is insisting the ball is in Biscan's court and questioned the midfield man's attitude.
"Igor needs to move, not me," said Kranjcar.
"He should just simply apologise and express some regrets for what he did.
"That is what I want to see.
"Otherwise, how can I be sure that he might not leave the team again?
"I cannot doubt his qualities, they are superb, but his attitude is the problem.
"No apologies, no call-up."
Even if there was an apology forthcoming and Kranjcar softened his stance, Croatian FA president Vlatko Markovic would need placating too.
Markovic has previously gone on record as saying that Biscan will never wear the red and white of Croatia again.

The reason he was left was because he was overlooked and Rapaic was given a start before him Rapaic hadnt been playing club football for four months, our last coach was a joke.
