I'd rather have a player who controls the game rather than chases it.
I'd rather have a player who stays in position rather than one that leaves his position and leaves his defenders exposed.
I'd rather have someone that scores more goals and creates more goals.

Lamps,and question Rule if Gerrard is best in prem then why over the past two seasons has Frank outperformed his stats,and outperformed him?

bentex is spot on if he is talking about lamps, however lamps has distinct advantages over gerrard at club level.

Better stats?? such as goals?? Lamps shoots more than any other midfielder(and most strikers) in the prem.
He hasn't come close to outperforming Stevie.
