Leeds almost relegated meanwhile Leeds scum in being scum shocker
Leeds relegated unless they beat Derby 9-0.
Leeds fans invaded the pitch with 2 minutes to go and now the Leeds fans that invaded the pitch are fighting the Leeds fans that didn't invade the pitch. Game had to be stopped and the players had to come off and then come back on to finish the game. Only just ended.
Classy.

I really thought Leeds could make it but when they don't manage to beat Ipswich at home, they don't deserve any better.

I was there, absolute chaotic scenes! Stewards done a top job of keeping everyone of the pitch throughout the whole match *cough*
What gets me is how dumb the lot who bundled on the pitch are, what did they hope to achieve? They had a corner in the last minute ffs! That gone in it'd have been a complete different story!!

Don't knock Ipswich for a well deserved point as they apparently have made a lot of TS members very happy.

Surely there weren't enough stewards to stop a pitch invasion? Some stewards can be over-officious and irritating but how could they stop so many fans intent on charging onto the pitch?

Leeds have really gone downhill since the early 90s. I hate Lee Bowyer and Dennis Wise so I've never felt anything for Leeds personally.

I never knew they were in such deep crisis.
Was watching SkySports yesterday, when they showed the table I was like 'wtf?'.
Can't forget how good they were in 2001, they even reached semi's.

Leeds fans were running onto the pitch throughout the match, when they scored some fans ran on, were they arrested and given a banning order? No they were allowed to take their seats. In the middle of play a fan runs on to high 5 their keeper, and then a fan runs on again and shoves Billy Clarke in the back. Was an example made? No, all allowed to return to their seats. I've no doubt this lax attitude contributed to the scenes at the end

Ridsdale: Stop blaming me
Quote:
Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale wants Leeds United fans to stop blaming him for the club's current predicament.
The Whites are on the verge of slipping into League One, four years after Ridsdale left Elland Road with the club saddled with debt.
Ridsdale has admitted he made mistakes while in charge of the fallen giants, but feels everyone concerned now with the club needs to look forward, rather than back.
"I feel very sorry for Leeds United. I've always wished them well since I left," he told Sky Sports News.
"I'm a bit sick and tired of people blaming me. It's been four years since I left. I don't expect to be told it's my responsibility they look as if they're going into League One.
"I left the club in a very strong position in terms of playing squad. They clearly had £78.9million of debt which could have been serviced if they retained their Premiership status.
"One day soon hopefully people will start looking forward. What purpose does it serve four years after I left if people think it's easy for people to vent their frustration at me.
"It's dead easy for people to point the finger. Clearly we made mistakes and I've admitted that, but I've not made mistakes there over the past four years.
"Till Leeds United supporters stop blaming me for everything that's happened in the past they will never get it right. Their current plight is not my fault."
