Rangers manager DavidMc completed his second pre-season signing today, with the return of Giovanni Van Bronckhorst to Ibrox.

Van Bronckhorst adds defensive and midfield options to the Glasgow club.

Rangers anounced the signing of Spanish trio Salgado, Mejia and Garcia from Real Madrid.

Rangers manager DavidMc his denied claims that club captain Barry Ferguson is on his way out of the club.

DavidMc said ''Its true there has been interest in Barry from a couple of clubs, but i fully expect him to still be a Rangers player in a few weeks time'' He followed with '' One thing you cant do is stop clubs from making offers, but with the opening game approaching fast, we are focusing on giving our full attention to making sure that we are ready for our first game against Portsmouth''

Dellas the Valencia manager decided to respond to what Van Bronckhorst said "I just wanted to remind gio that there will be some tough competition in League B, I hope he doesn't get complacent and by accident write any team off, because that could be his teams downfall. "
