The Birra Moretti matches were boring, especially vs Milan. We won both games via shootout, but we had more chances in both matches. Chimenti is a poor goalie, but at pk's he is quite good. I remember him ending Oddo's consecutive pk steak at Lazio.
On top of the players missing through injury, the internationals were rested (although Legro surprisingly played in both matches even after playing a half vs Austria in France yesterday). Alot of youngsters got playing time. Ekdal was the best among them. De Ceglie and Giovinco played vs Napoli. Cant judge based on 1 half, but De Ceglie didn't send his crosses into the crowd and Giovinco had a few moments.
Also, another 1 of our players got injured vs Milan in a friendly. Hopefully Nedved is ok.
