del piero
Even when they say,del piero is on his way back,i think he still can make the difference.Capello should make up his mind,he only uses alessandro when he sees no way out. It's not easy for the number 10 to sit on the bench so much when he is still one of the best player that plays the green fields.

true. but his goals/time played ratio is the best on the team. his consistent play should warrant him starting opportunities, at least against sh!tty teams in both serie a and CL.

Del Piero reaches milestone

CL Report: Del Piero’s Milestones Ease Juve Through
12/7/2005 11:53:00 PM
Two goals from Alessandro Del Piero and one from Zlatan Ibrahimovic ensured that Juventus beat Rapid Vienna in Austria to overhaul Bayern Munich and win Champions League Group A.
With Bayern unexpectedly drawing at Club Brugge, Juve needed to win to claim top spot – and with three goals in quick succession at the end of the first half they duly did the business.
Del Piero’s first was Juve’s 300th goal in the European Cup/Champions League, while his second was his 182nd goal for Juve, taking him level with Giampiero Boniperti as the club’s highest ever scorer. Ibrahimovic added a solo effort while Marek Kincl scored a second-half consolation for Rapid, who could not give send coach Josef Hickersberger off with a win in his last game in charge before taking over the Austrian national team in January.
Shortly after the half-hour mark, Del Piero broke the deadlock with a long-range free-kick that gave Rapid keper Helge Payer no chance.
Three minutes before half-time Ibrahimovic was quickest to a loose ball midway inside the Rapid half and burst forwatd unchallenged before colly slotting th ball past Payer.
Then Mauro Camoranesi’s right-wing cross fell to Ibrahimovic, whose shot was diverted past Payer by Del Piero.
Rapid scored in the 52nd minute, when Peter Hlinka sent Andreas Ivanschitz’s corner back into the box for Kincl to beat Christian Abbiati
