Maybe Mourinho is trying to sweeten him up, he doesn't usually play CB though.

And he doesn't complain about it either.

Of course he doesn't complain, he wouldn't play at all if he did.
He does prefer to play CB though.

Milan and Juventus are monitoring William Gallas’ situation after he admitted that he could leave Chelsea this summer.
Despite winning another championship with the Stamford Bridge outfit at the weekend, the Frenchman is looking for a new adventure.
"I have been here for five years and maybe that's enough,” said the stopper. “I am a man who wants to win everything and I want to do that in different countries.”
Both Italian giants have been closely linked with the versatile defender in the past with the Rossoneri reportedly the player’s preferred choice.
However, Juventus are hoping that their French influence in their squad could persuade the 28-year-old to move to Turin instead.
Chelsea seem ready to sell the international after chief executive Peter Kenyon did admit that three players would be released this summer.
Gallas joined the London club in the summer of 2001 after a £6m transfer fee was agreed with Ligue 1 outfit Marseille.

Well he's definately interested in move it's just a case of where he wants to go and at the moment I think we have a very good cahnce of signing him.

It is a joke the amount he's played at fullback given how talented a centre back he is, just more evidence that Mourinho is tactically inept.

Bollocks. Considering how well Carvalho and Terry played together and how well he has played as fullback it shows just how tactically astute Jose is...i.e. average, because the blindest of fools could see the best back 4 for Chelsea is one where Riccy JT and Billy all play.

That may be true but it does appear that Terry and Gallas is a better partnership than Terry and Carvalho.

Gallas and Carvalho would be an even better partnership imo.

I don't like Carvalho that much though because he's weak in the air and seems to struggle with the pace of the game in England.

People forget that Cannavaro isn't just a pretty face, deep down he's pure evil.
