Fuck that. We can get a much much better coach for the money he'd want.

Miccoli ponders Benfica future
http://www.channel4.com/sport/footba...ia/mar20k.html
Quote:
Fabrizio Miccoli may snub a return to Italy in favour of signing a permanent deal in Portugal with Benfica.
The Juventus-owned player was believed to be initially keen on playing in Serie A again next season, but now seems to be pondering a long-term career in Lisbon.
“I’m thinking of Benfica when it comes to where I will be playing next season,” said the on-loan striker.
“If both Benfica and Juventus can reach some sort of agreement then I’d like to continue my career here.”
The European giants, who recently knocked holders Liverpool out of the Champions League with the help of a Miccoli goal, do have an option to sign the Italian on a permanent deal.
It is believed that they are seriously considering making an offer of around £4m to keep the former Ternana ace.
Miccoli, who also spent loan time at Perugia and Fiorentina while officially a Bianconeri player, could be offered a three-year contract.
Miccoli has also been linked with a move to England, while Sevilla were heavily associated with the Lecce-born starlet only last week.

w/e happens, i wish him the best. i certainly wouldn't mind seeing him back at juve, but that most likely wont happen.
palladino will prolly return next season from livorno, with zalayeta being loaned out; at least that would be the smart thing to do.

I've always been a fan of Miccoli. He works hard and scores some great goals.
I think selling him is for the best as he won't get in the team with Trez, Zlat and Alex in the squad.

I don't want him at Juve, and I don't think Juve want him back.
I think he could easily start for all the other clubs, excluding Juve and Milan to be honest.
He is very technical and very different from the other Italian strikers we have. Not going to lie to you, I'm worried about his future with the Azzurri. After Del Piero leaves, and Totti gets older, we won't have much less technical ability up front. This is a concern of mine.

Marcelo Zalayeta will finally bring his Juventus career to a conclusion at the end of this season, according to reports in Italy.
The 27-year-old first joined the Stadio Delle Alpi outfit in November 1997 but wants to leave given his lack of use this term.
The Uruguayan has rarely featured for the Old Lady with Fabio Capello preferring to alternate his attacking trio of David Trezeguet, Alessandro Del Piero and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Zalayeta was already on the verge of leaving last summer but was convinced to remain after expertly filling in for Trezeguet during his injury problems.
However, he now believes it is time for regular first team football and Juve, albeit reluctantly, are prepared to release him.
French side Bordeaux, a revelation in Ligue 1 this term, are said to be his likely next destination.
Juventus netted the then youngster from Penarol, but have shipped him out to Empoli, Sevilla and Perugia on loan during his Bianconeri stay.
His exit will undoubtedly see Juventus bring in a new striker which is likely to be one of their former youth team players.
Raffaele Palladino and Rej Volpato, currently on loan at Livorno and Siena respectively, are in a good position to win a Juventus recall.

He put us through in two tricky European knock-out ties. Banging in past Barca in 0203 when we were looking very much beat and last season killing off Real. Surely that alone pays the fee we shelled out for him so long ago? He's been awesome for us whenever called upon, but just isn't 'special' enough to start for Juventus.

he is still a possibility, supposedly we have offered an extra million on top of the intial 5 mil we originally offered.
its a shame he is leaving, i will never forget those goals he scored vs barca and madrid. he was under-used at juve.

No Juve return for Tacchi!
http://www.channel4.com/sport/footba...ia/mar24e.html
Quote:
Alessio Tacchinardi has confirmed that he won’t return to Juventus once his loan deal with Villarreal expires at the end of the season.
The Italian midfielder is still tied to the Delle Alpi outfit until the summer of 2008, but has today suggested that he won’t be wearing the Bianconeri jersey again.
“I’m certain that I won’t be going back to Juventus at the end of the campaign,” said the Atalanta youth team product.
“If I do go back to Italy then it will be to play for Milan or Inter, otherwise I could stay in Spain as I’m happy at Villarreal.”
The 31-year-old, who has won 13 international caps for Italy, has been heavily linked with a switch to Milan recently and he’s hinted that he may be heading to the San Siro.
“Milan? When certain whispers make the rounds then there is always a point of truth,” he commented.
Tacchinardi has apparently been requested by Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti who worked with the midfielder during his reign as Old Lady Coach.

Juventus to sell Chelsea target Ibrahimovic
Quote:
Juventus are ready to sell striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Despite denials of a bust-up with coach Fabio Capello, the Swede's touchline row on Saturday revealed the tension between the pair which has been simmering since Christmas.
It's emerged today that Juve's Triade - directors Antonio Giraudo, Luciano Moggi and Roberto Bettega - have agreed to sell Ibrahimovic should a bid of £25 million arrive.
Chelsea are favourites for Ibrahimovic, with Blues owner Roman Abramovich seeing the youngster as an ideal alternative to AC Milan's Andrei Shevchenko.
