Well Boruc could be a good replacement if Buffon does leave.
Answering azzurri, the keepers in Buffon's league aren't available (Casillas, Cech and Kahn )

He's solid, for the price we could get him for he's worth a look if Buffon goes.

I cant remember if it was him or Kuszczak in nets for Poland at the WC, assuming it was Boruc, I remember being really impressed, especially the game vs Germany, where he kept the scoreline 0-0 only to lose right at the end.
Gigi wont be let go for anything less than we payed for him. His price has only gone up since we bought him. Inter and Milan are probably the only clubs willing to pay the fee and who could use Gigi's services.

Well we paid £32m so I'll be surprised if we get that much in the current market.
Anything less that £20m would be a slap in the face though.

If Sheva goes goes for 30, Buffon should go for more.
Anything less than what we paid and it would be a terrible deal. Gigi is in a class of his own. His best years are ahead of him, and with his world cup performance still fresh in peoples minds, his price should be very high.

Chelsea are the exception, the market isn't what is was a few years ago.
Although I agree that we should be aiming for £30m+ it just isn't going to happen. I mean seriously, other than Chelsea what club has that kind of money to spend on just a goalkeeper?

Milan and Inter are apparently willing to spend. If a striker in his 30's can command a fee like that, than the world's best goalie with his best years ahead of him certainly should.
He is contracted until 2008, and if Juve dont get what they want, they will keep him for another yr and offer him a contract extension sometime during next season, which im sure he will accept since we will most likely have secured a CL spot.

I can't see Inter or Milan spending £30m+ though, like I said £20m is a bit more realistic.
I believe he'll stay in the end anyway.

Im not sure anymore. The media is obviously fueling the rumours, but Gigi isn't doing us any favours by continually giving interviews talking about his future. Its probably just a tactic so Juve offer him a really good contract, but its starting to get annoying.

Well the part about missing European football is most likely true, it must be hard for him knowing he won't be in the CL for at least another season if he stays with us.

Were on the verge of signing 2 youngsters.
1 is Mario Ariel Bolatti. He is 22 years old Argentine, plays in Argentina, and is a cm.
The other is Ondrej Mazuch. He is an 18 year Czech, plays in Czech Republic, and is a cb.

Things are starting to take shape. I imagine at least 1 new transfer will be wrapped up come July 1st, not including the players we already signed on a free transfer.
The other week when Mavuba was spotted in Turin, Juve claim it wasn't Mavuba, but some1 else. Who else is short and black? I think its Robinho.

Who else is short and black? The possibilities are endless.
You might be right about Robinho though.

LMAO, I meant short black players we are linked with lol. I cant think of any1 else other than Robinho. It could be a total surprise, a decoy, or something totally unrelated to our transfer plans lol. Its all possible.
