Yeah, apparently Belletti was out performing him but he's starting to adjust now.
It seems he's been used maninly as a RB as opposed to a LB although I'm sure that isn't the reason for his average performances.

The likes of Birindelli, Balzaretti and Chiellini that stayed actually want to play for the club.
