Watford v Ipswich (01.09)
Quote:
Striker Nathan Ellington is expected to make his Watford bow after his £3.25million move from Championship rivals West Brom on Wednesday as the Hornets face unbeaten Ipswich.
Combative midfielder Al Bangura broke his elbow during the Carling Cup defeat at Southend when Adrian Boothroyd rested all of his starting XI from the previous league clash at Leicester.
Ipswich goalkeeper Neil Alexander could miss the match as his wife is due to give birth so Shane Supple is on stand-by for Jim Magilton's side.
Danny Haynes serves the first match of his three-game ban while Fabian Wilnis remains on the sidelines through suspension. Richard Naylor will be out until October after foot surgery.

I dont know a great deal about Ipswich par J.Wright and Alan Lee.
Will do a bit of research now.
I remember last season though, they played us of the park and they had 10men.

TOday we played you off the park for the 1st 20 so minutes, then when the early goal for us didn't come they went to pot and resorted to hoof ball, obviously when Alan LEe went off injured we then had no chance with the hoof ball tactics.

I thought you best spell was in the 2nd half. Nice passing. But no real threat atall.
Dont think Poom made a single save to make?
Whereas Watford we dont play great stuff. But when we get McAnuff, King and Smith on the ball we did some great attacking play at times.
Ellington caused you problems aswell when he came on.
Was impressed with Lee in the first half. The sub looked pretty lively too. Was he the dancer from last season

The one playing down the left? He was one of them, the main culprit Danny Haynes was suspended so unable to repeat the dance.

on Socceram yesterday the Ipswich fans kepted singing "Top of the League"
it must off been embarrasing as you wasn't top but they obviously thought so
they did make me laugh though especially 1 off them kicking the ball and rebounding off to hit Sid Waddell (spelling) in the Goo-nads
