Ipswich have given permission for Brighton to talk to George O'Callaghan. Brighton had a bid accepted for O'Callaghan on Wednesday and the 27-year-old has held talks with the League One club. But O'Callaghan has so far failed to agree a contract at The Withdean Stadium which has stalled the former Cork City man's move from Ipswich.
