Default MD30: Inter - Juventus 22/03/08

Needless to say, a big game.

Unfortunately, no Juve fans are being allowed into the San Siro, even though Inter fans were allowed in the Olimpico in the 1st leg. The atmosphere will be shit without an entire curva of Juventini.

In any case, I hope its an exciting game, and hopefully Juve rise to the occasion.

2-1 final for Juve.Del Piero seemed like his old self.Questionable offside goal on the second but whats done is done.Roma 4 points away while Juve cementing their spot in 3rd.

Great drama in the match.Matrix seems extremely rusty while Camronesi I believe is needed for the Azzuri on the right side.

Great game. congrats to Juve.

Best match of the season, hands down. End to end stuff, and from a Juve fans perspective, our best performance this season.

I'm still shocked on how well we played. We took the game to Inter. We usually dont attack that much, especially when leading, but we were constantly pushing forward. We were unlucky to not win 4-1. Inter hit the post twice, but we had almost twice as many shots on goal (and double the amount of foul's) than Inter. Our defense was solid, with Grygera being the biggest surprise. I wasn't aware he could even play that well.

Del Piero was fucking golden. His best game of the season. He did everything but score. In any other game, missing 2 chances like that and he would be public enemy #1, but he owned every defender on Inter, and made an absolute fool of Matrix on multiple occassions, even causing him to fake an injury because he got beat.

Sinoy, it was the 1st goal, and it was offside. Any complaints Inter fans may have are easily crossed out by Maicon's push on Del Piero which should have been a penalty. It was a clear shove, and there was an unmarked Trez standing infront of goal.

I'm so proud of how the team played. They know how deep our hate for Inter is, and they rewarded us with the performance of the season. Considering how shitty Juve were in midweek, I cant believe it was the same squad.

Forza Juve!

Wow. I know Inter have been nothing better than average recently but to get a win and play so well at the San Siro is dream-like.

Surely Ale has to be taken to Euro 08 now. He always turns up for the big games.

Well done Ranieri for getting his tactics right.

Surprise result. Didnt expect Inter to lose this game. The gap is closing between Inter and Roma.
