When he left Chelsea he said he wanted to learn a new language so he could have a new challenge so I guess he must have learned Italian...

Well I assume he knows Spanish and obviously he can speak Portuguese so I imagine it won't take him that long to pick it up, they're all fairly similar languages.

I remember back when he left chelsea i was watching the Portuguese News and Mourinho was interviewed with his kids and they had a segment where they talked about the languages he knew and they said that he can speak Portuguese, Spanish & French Fluently. He is ok at English and is still learning Italian..

FINALE LIGURE (SAVONA) - Inter president Massimo Moratti commented on the dismissal of coach Roberto Mancini during a prize-giving ceremony on Sunday.

"Humanly I was very sorry to have to explain to him the decision," Moratti said. "I realise that this is the time in which we all seem nasty. The worst days are always the first ones when you decide on a separation, especially after a period when there was a strong passion.

"I know how important Mancini is for Inter and I haven't forgotten what he has done with us, especially in these last two years. He has done well and I told him, and I also know that we won a wonderful Scudetto."

They met in Paris because JM is living there and it is more private...but obviously not private enough.

And it's finally official:

Mourinho takes over as Inter boss

Quote:
Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been appointed as manager of Serie A side Inter Milan.

Mourinho has signed a three-year deal with the Italian side in his first job since he and Chelsea parted company by mutual consent in September 2007.

The 45-year-old succeeds Roberto Mancini, who led the club to a third consecutive Serie A title last season.

Mourinho won the Champions League with Porto in 2004 and led Chelsea to the Premier League title in 2005 and 2006.

BBC SPORT | Football | Mourinho takes over as Inter boss

Congratulations Inter, if they weren't already, next year they will be a team to fear in Europe...

The Portuguese tactician has put pen to paper on a three-year deal worth around £7m per year – a fee that will make him easily the highest paid Coach in Serie A history.
