VDV is WAY to expensive, and not a gaurantee for Italian football. Meaning the knock on him in Italy is that he can't play here.

Diego hard to obtain, and expensive.

This player is a cheap viable alternative, I'm not giving up yet. I don't think this player wants to play there any more and wants to play in Italy, so we'll see.

That's my point really. You went for the cheaper less talented player.

I think until the "right" player is available, then there is no point. Inter has had a lot of problems of late getting "elite" players.

Now we get "washed" up elite players who have something to prove.

BTW, this is just not Inter. Milan and Juve will not spend like they have in the past. The money is not there, and frankly this is a good thing. Let Barca, Real and Chelsea drive up the market. I feel there is plenty of good talent that can work within the system.

Inter is very interchangealbe, and that is a credit to Mancini. The system we play is geared towards that.
