Actually, IMO a much better purchas right now would be Nani from Sporting. The kid has shown alot of skill but has fallen out of grace becuase the kid IMO is going through a slump and is trying to do too much. He can be purchased at a decent price and I think he has the skills, speed and head to be a star one day if managed properly.

Is he just a winger or can he play centrally as well?

Interesting.
Inter are definitely looking for a player like that, Quaresma has also taken their interest.

Quaresma is much further along in his development and is a vary dominant player. You just never know where his head is. He can be a hot head and needs to be controlled. Quaresma would also cost alot more than Nani. I could see Nani being sold for 12 Mill where as I cant see Quearesma being sold for less than 22 mill. Especially when the Spanish leagues are also looking into Quaresma again and my drive the price higher. Liverpool and Man U are also looking at Nani as a good investment for the future.

We can't forget what happened at the WC with Portugal and England. When C Ronaldo pushed the Ref for a red on Rooney. I think there were threats against Ronaldo...rumours were flying that there was a major feud between Ronaldo and Rooney, which would force Ronaldo out of Man U.

for some reason I see him at Real Madrid, because we can look at history.
Most big name English players that leave England, end up in Spain. This unfortunately will be the same with CR...awesome talent.

Hmmm......I'm not sure about that.
I don't think there have been that many big name players moving away from England to make a judgment like that.
Although having said that it wouldn't surprise me if he ended up in Spain.

Well I can't see that happening any time soon as they don't play with wingers.
If he comes to Italy I can't see it being with anyone other than Inter.

We have our sights on another winger in Italy at the moment.
Messi while a longshot, is more likely than C.Ronaldo.
As I stated earlier, very few players move from England to Italy.

Surely with Ronaldo being Portuguese that wouldn't matter though?

Any team in the world would be lucky to have him in their lineup...he's a player you build a team around...

I'm not sure what it is, but the big English teams don't sell to Italian teams, they sell to Spanish sides...why??? I have no idea.
They might want too much???

If Man U somehow decided to sell CR right now, their fans would go nuts.
