Mancio: Juve are running scared
Anyone heard this?
What a tool. I've never liked Mancini, he's so full of himself..he'd be such a better coach for Inter if he stopped worrying about his perfectly wound scarf and focused on actually getting the results he needs. They've strung a few wins together, but they're nowhere near as good as Juventus have been this season.

“Moggi says these things because he’s running scared,” insisted the Nerazzurri Coach. “He knows football and realises that if Juve drop two or three points in the space of a few rounds, it’s over for them. Moggi is aware that would re-open the title race.”
|
Quote:
|
“There is so much talk of preserving youth squads and home-grown players, then a 23-year-old talent is released to Real,” said the Coach. “He’s a good lad and an excellent striker who deserves the best, but nobody tried to keep him.”

from all ppl, this comes from inter, how ironic.

Please, if Mancio talks crap, its because Moggi continues to talk crap, as I've stated from the time Moggi entered the league in his position, he makes a hobby out of it.
...and Capello on occasion talks crap, like when he said that Moratti offered him a job, then backed off.
I understand Juve fans think their team's poo smells better than everybody's elses, but it isn't the case.
He's completely right about Cassano, Inter CAN afford to fuk up, Roma can't. Simple as that. Fortunately for us, we've haven't been making those mistakes of late.
Again, who started the mud slinging:

Mancio was in a fiery mood during today’s Press Conference ahead of the trip to Siena and launched another attack on Juventus director general Luciano Moggi. The transfer guru had said this week that even Inter didn’t believe they could wipe out the eight-point gap to win the Scudetto.

Not our fault he didn't want to stay. Which despite everything was evident at the end of the day. And you can't blame us for him leaving Italy, not as if Inter came in to buy him.

Mancio's a tw@t though. Even you can't deny that, he's well hated in the Italian game.
That's why I opened the thread, to focus attention on how cocky he's getting following the derby win.

No, Moggi is hated. That is fact.
Mancini is well respected as what he accomplished as a player. He was bloody amazing at times.
The problem with Mancini is that he is still young and instead of ignoring little jabs from some of his peers, he decides to lash out...and like this incident.
There is a fine line between being confident and arrogant.
Furthermore, what do you expect him to say.
"Yeah, Moggi is right, we can't catch Juve, we'll field our youth team from here on out?!?!!?"

Old Inter would of bought him in a flash. We just don't need him at the moment.
Look, I know Roma fans are bitter over this debacle, but blame lies with the club. They should of gave him the cash, made friends with him, then unloaded his a$$ in the offseason.

Ahhh bullsh!t, Jager. Ask any club in Italy if they'd like to enjoy the services of one Luciano Moggi, they'd go weak at the knees just thinking of the prospect. He's not the most popular figure in calcio, but Mancio is certainly below him in that respect..I can't believe you're in the cold about this, no-one liked him as a player; he was selfish and self-centered, two of the traits he has translated into his career in management.

Ah? I never said that he is not good what he does, nor did I say that Inter would not take him on board.
Secondly, Moratti and Moggi are friends, outside of football.
Hated is the wrong word. I don't believe anybody is hated, that's Muscolino's term.
Lets just say that Moggi has a comment about everything and anything, and if people respond in negative fashion, then he has no one to blame but himself.
I'm Italian, I understand how Italians are, at the end of the day, they all respect each other.

well ive known for a very long time moggi and moratti are good friends, as a matter of fact the 3 - moggi galliani and moratti all talk together, especially in terms of transfer targets.
then again moggi is wise, and is rather commical in his throw away lines.
like the one when were were linked with mozart last summer, and when asked about if the club was interested he replied " yes we do like mozart but we like beethoven too" ::nw::

Moggi isnt really arrogant, he just likes to pay with the media and people like you all for it. He always said that he lies to the media, because the media does the same to him.

As for Mancini, this quote makes him really look like a hypocrite.
