Internazionale have poached 17-year-old Maroufi Ibrahim from PSV Eindhoven.

The promising youth player has signed a contract with the Serie A club until 2009.

Ibrahim trained with PSV's first-team squad on a regular basis last season but never managed to force his way into the side.

Inter will be looking to help the midfielder, who was born in Morocco but holds a Belgian passport, to fulfil his potential.

Inter have completed the captures of Olivier Dacourt, Maicon Douglas Sisenando and Maxwell Scherrer Cabelino Andrade, the club have confirmed.

The trio put pen to paper on Nerazzurri deals today and will join their new teammates when the squad meet up for pre-season training on Thursday evening.

Dacourt (pictured) had been expected to sign for some time after his contract at Roma came to an end last month.

The 32-year-old has accepted a two-year contract after previous spells at Strasbourg, Everton, Lens and Leeds United.

Maicon, a Brazilian, was initially associated with Inter back in January and joins the club from Monaco.

The right-sided wing-back was bon in July 1981 and has committed himself to the Italian club for the next five years.

Maicon has also been joined by fellow Brazilian Maxwell, another player who Inter have had their eyes on for the last 12 months.

Formerly of Cruzeiro and Ajax, the international joined Empoli in January but rarely featured because of injury.

Inter are set to bring want-away Manchester United ace Cristiano Ronaldo to the San Siro in a part exchange deal with Adriano, reports suggest.

Although United deny that any such deal is being discussed, it is rumoured that they are willing to let the Portuguese youngster go after a turbulent last few weeks for the midfielder.

The Old Trafford outfit are supposedly ready to offer the youngster, plus around £10m, for the South American striker – a possible replacement for unsettled Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

Prior to the World Cup quarter-final clash with England, the ex-Sporting Lisbon winger was not for sale at any price.

However, after angering teammate Wayne Rooney and becoming a scapegoat figure in England, it appears that Ronaldo’s Manchester United days may be over.

Adriano had an unhappy season at the San Siro last term – scoring only 13 Serie A goals – and disappointed in Germany.

Given his personal differences with Inter Coach Roberto Mancini, he would be likely to accept the move to Old Trafford.

Mancini would be happy for the deal to be completed seeing as the Nerazzurri are said to be close to agreeing terms with Juventus for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and are still hoping to lure Luca Toni from Fiorentina.

Cristiano Ronaldo would be the perfect man to provide the crosses for either marksman on one wing, with fellow Portuguese ace Luis Figo on the other.

As the biggest side in Italy not implicated in the Calciopoli scandal, Inter look set to take advantage with another busy summer of transfer activity.

The Beneamati have also been linked with Palermo’s Simone Barone, Daniele De Rossi of Roma, Daniele Bonera from Parma and Van Nistelrooy amongst others.

Inter have admitted that they will sign either Luca Toni, Zlatan Ibrahimovic or David Trezeguet this summer.

The Nerazzurri have been linked with all three men in recent weeks and owner Massimo Moratti has conceded that the trio are of interest.

“Yes, the idea is to sign one from Trezeguet, Ibrahimovic and Toni,” the oil baron told the Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.

“We’ll see who we can get seeing as they belong to Fiorentina and Juventus. We also need to find out the desire of the players as we can’t exactly make that decision for them.

“Nevertheless, we need a striker but not one on loan, we want to buy one outright. Toni is definitely an objective, while the other two could become one.”

The San Siro giants are looking for a new strike partner for Adriano and they’ve been in negotiations with Fiorentina for Toni since before the World Cup Finals.

The latter may be looking for an exit, with Real Madrid also linked, especially if the Viola are relegated to Serie B for Calciopoli charges.

Trezeguet and Ibrahimovic would also ponder their future if Juventus are stripped of their Serie A status this evening.

Meanwhile, Moratti has categorically ruled out a swoop for Barcelona’s Lionel Messi and Carlos Tevez of Corinthians.

“Messi and Tevez are not players who we could sign,” he noted. “For the money needed to buy just one of them, you could net enough players to make five teams.”

Hernan Crespo will once again wear the Inter shirt after the Italian giants agreed a deal with Chelsea for the striker.

The Argentine, who wanted out of Stamford Bridge, has signed a two-year contract with the San Siro outfit after Inter managed to net his free transfer.

However, part of the agreement will see the London club have the option to take him back to the Premiership during the summer of 2007.

Widespread reports in Italy on Monday had claimed that Crespo would join the new Italian champions despite interest from Milan and Fiorentina.

It’s understood that Inter transfer guru Marco Branca met Chelsea officials this morning to discuss the move, that after a deal with his agent had already been ironed out.

Crespo, who now has an Italian passport, was signed by Chelsea from Inter in the summer of 2003 for a whopping £16.8m.

Crespo is now set to be officially unveiled as an Inter player for the second time in his career later this afternoon.
