I can't see him leaving, our team is set now. It would ruin chemistry to get rid of him. He is very popular amongst the players. Its not always about what happens on the pitch.

Yeah, i suppose that seems logical in the light of it. But, Real dont care about other teams chemistry, they think with there big bucks they can go after anyone, and they arent worried of it annoys and unsettles other teams

Inter will not do this now, it makes no sense. Besides, Canna does not want to leave Italy. He has made that clear.

canna is not stupid. his spent over 10 seasons in italy and he's hitting his 30s and if he leaves and tries to addapt into spain would just be another down hill. im not saying he would do shit in la liga but it would take him time to addapt, like all players

Roberto Carlos Dreams Of Return!!!!
Quote:
Roberto Carlos’ departure remains one of Inter fans’ biggest regrets, but the Brazilian admits he’d love the chance to wear the Nerazzurri jersey again.
“One day I would love to play for Inter again,” stated the fullback. “I left many good friends behind in Milan. We will have to wait and see what happens.”
Roberto Carlos was a fans’ favourite, but released to Real Madrid after just one season on the orders of then-Coach Roy Hodgson.
“The Italian Championship is wonderful and very competitive,” he continued. “I have many happy memories of Serie A and still support Inter. I really hope this can be their year and with that squad at their disposal should go all the way in every competition.”
His return to the San Siro has been suggested several times over the intervening years and he is not about to pour cold water on those rumours.
“I can never forget President Massimo Moratti and all the sacrifices he makes to help Inter. Right now I am concentrating on achieving Real Madrid’s objectives, but who knows what tomorrow holds.”

Carlos contract ends in 2005, and perhaps he joins Inter in a two-year contract.
Carlos is the most loyal player I know. Since 1996 he has played for Los Merengues. Carlos has won anything with Madrid, and I hope he ends his career in Madrid, and not fight in the middle of the table in Italy...
:P

Please....
Biggest mistake we made is R.Carlos. I was happy to see Ronaldo go, but not Carlos. Best player, Real has right now...yes, even more so than Zidane.

He's said that for a few seasons now though and he's getting on...I can't see it ever happening to be honest.

Inter Ready To Sell
8/25/2004 4:00:00 PM
After obtaining the qualification for the Champions League and nearly assuring themselves of the services of Lazio's Cesar, Inter can now concentrate on selling players to decrease the big squad they currently have.
Currently there are four players who are expected to leave the nerazzurri in the coming weeks. Sabri Lamouchi should be heading towards Nice, Glasgow Rangers or Celtic, while Kily Gonzalez, Sorondo and Ventola are all followed closely by Crystal Palace.
However Kily Gonzalez refused the English Premier club destination and seems more likely to head towards Spain to Espanyol.

Juan for Inter??
I heard that Bayer Leverkusen stopper Juan fancies a move to Inter according to tribalfootball.com. Inter needs a class defender after the departure of Cannavaro. I hope they could get him in January. A stable defence is what Mancini needs during his 1st year at Inter. If they do get him, I hope he will not sit on the bench.

With the transfer window closed, I can't see Inter making any move for another defender(in January). You fail to realise that yes, Canna has left us, but we have gained Burdisso, Favalli and ZeMaria out back...not too mention a healthy Materazzi and Gamarra. I feel our defence is more than respectable. If we cut our goals against by 15 percent, we will be near the top, or at the top.
No team in Serie A, can match our offence, defensively is where we must improve.
I like Cannavaro, but he played terribly last year. Looking for Cordoba to pick it up, or he is next.
