the goal was offside and now a clear penalty not called for austria! who said home teams get the help of referees?!

Boruc had been amazing. just impeccable. or maybe its the austrians very very unlucky...

big change from the first half. austria's pace went totally off and poland are dominating... we almost got a spectacular goal from a 40meters free kick!

100% penalty. the toppest level of stupidity by the poland defenders (2 fouls at least inside the box). even a half blind referee would see that. it was so unneccessary, Boruc would have stopped anything the austrians could produce from this chance anyway, right?

A new record we have there. Vastic is the oldest player to have ever scored in the European Championships (if I heard it correct).

Just when I thought Austria closed their campaign aswell, the ref gave them the penalty.

They remain on course mathematically, but can they beat Deutschland? Poland face Croatia on the other side.

Damn I walked off 5 minutes before the end

Before that the second half wasn't too interesting but a lot of chances in the first for Austria, which they all blew. 2 high line errors in defence from Poland creating 2 one on ones with Boruc which he saved them both and a few more good saves, definately man of the match.

I don't think either team has what it takes to beat Germany or Croatia personally but I'm hoping for good games.
