I'd say Croatia and Germany. If Poland qualify instead of Germany i wouldn't be surprised though

Anyway, I think Germany will top the group and Poland to surprise everyone by finishing in 2nd place

Germany tops the group. With 2 victories and a possible draw against Croatia (1-1)

The 2nd slot could go to Croatia, yeah. Poland might get something out of them but considering that Austria will be everybody's punching bag, Croatia should manage thanks to the possible draw against Germany. Croatia must pull that draw. If not, i don't believe they'll go through.

Germany 7pts
Croatia 5 pts
Poland 4 pts
Austria 0 pts

If Croatia does lose against Germany & Poland, they're fucked. It is a very possible scenario.

Germany 9 pts
Poland 6 pts
Croatia 3 pts
Austria 0 pts

Germany to top.

Second place for me is Croatia.

....though I'm sure Poland wants revenge on the Germans.

Germany and Croatia are definitely the strongest teams in the group.

Watch out for Poland though, they're the dark horses.
