Italian football has a bright future ahead, as we continue to win these trophies, it WILL eventually pay dividends at the senior level.

Next WC could be our most powerfull team in the last 30 years.

I honestly thin think that we have the potential to have the best team in the world. What we need is more self confidence.

I guess he means celebrating the championship in Euro 2000, before the final whistle went. That was a learning experience, and considering our pathetic striker force in that final, I'm positive this year will be different. We must survive the group phase, then we can go on to greatness.

Anyways back to this...fabulous outcome. This proves we have the best soccer youth program in the world, bar none.

Well BRA does have a good youth and Italy and Brazil have the best two IMO. I dont think we ever had a pthetic strike force man, thats extreme man. We were always if not great than pretty good.
What kills us is also our morale.

I disagree. We let our morale control us many times.

I think the last few times we've played in tournaments, it has been tactics that have let us down. We are the best, when it comes to gelling as a team. This tourny will be no different.
