Well at least Curci (Roma) will get some playing time. Good that he played in C.I with Roma so he can be fresh for Belgium

VITTORIA DELL'UNDER 17 (2-1)
NELL'AMICHEVOLE CONTRO LA RUSSIA

Roma 22/02/2007

TORNEO "QUATTRO NAZIONI: PAREGGIO
TRA GERMANIA E ITALIA UNDER 20

Roma 22/02/2007

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The U20's drew 0-0 with Germany.

U-21: Italy-France venue moved? Tuesday 24 July, 2007

The Under-21 international between Italy and France may have to be moved after the original venue failed security checks.

The August 21 friendly was set to take place at Spezia’s Stadio Picco, but the arena has not met the new criteria set out in the wake of February’s tragic Catania riots.

According to the police authorities, the Stadio Picco is not eligible to allow fans in for a match, so either the venue must change or the game will be played behind closed doors.

So far two Serie A stadiums – Udinese’s Friuli and the San Filippo in Catania – and 10 in Serie B have failed these checks.

The criteria include valid turnstiles, numbered seating, CCTV systems and adequate policing plans.

As Udinese and Catania are aware their stadiums will not be up to code before the start of the season, both clubs have requested that their opening games be played away from home.

This has been put into the computer that will draw the Serie A fixtures on July 31.
