Ohhhhhhhh Belgium with a great chance......ball comes out again and a blast just misses the net. Italy stretched.

Cassano has been unnoticed in the last 5-10 minutes.

ouchy 3-1.Italy have been dull since the formation change into a 4-3-1-2.
Final 3-1.

Missed the last goal for Belgium....how did it go in?
Being up 3-0...Italy shut it down. No point in pushing too hard.

I liked what I saw. They took their foot off the gas in the 2nd half, and Belgium arent the best opposition, but compared to how they played vs similar skilled teams in qualifying, it was an improvement.
I still feel Camo is being misused. To advanced a role for my liking. He had a decent game, but I feel Del Piero or Cassano are better suited for that role.
Aquilani proved his worth today, and he didn't really do anything spectacular. He balances our midfield better.

It was a great header.lazy defending but great header.
I think Don might actually start with Aquilani. He really impressed me.Zambrotta had a beast of a match.Great running and hustling.Camo and Di natale will start.Cassano was decent when he had the ball.I felt del piero should have passed like he did with Camo but he opted to dribble the defender somtimes but DP will be the number 3 striker after Toni and Di natale I feel.

Still can't believe how Borriello missed that empty net...probably bc he just came on and maybe his head wasn't into the game.
