Totti has had virtually no time what so ever this season to rest his ankle, even though it's somewhat completely. if it sounds like i'm making excuses for him...it's because i am. I really think he has had enough with playing with the NT as well as playing club level. He said he wanted to retire after the WC....but Donadoni convinced him to return at his convenience...now everyone is bad mouthing him when he says he wants to return. He never wins!

But the Italy/France match is going to be fantastic regardless if Totti returns or not. It's a crucial match for Italy to take top spot, but even a draw would not be the end of the world. Just makes things more interesting. Here are the latest standing.
