Germans have the advantage. Turks will be missing some key players.

From what I saw in Turkey's matches, We need to score 10 goals in the first half to win
They are absolutely Unbeatable in the last 10 minutes, we must have a comfortable advantage to win .

Klasnic: Germany Will Beat Turkey
After tasting defeat against Turkey in the quarterfinals of EURO 2008, Croatia striker Ivan Klasnic has insisted the Turks are in danger of becoming 'the new Greece'...
Klasnic, who was the first player to ever participate in a major competition after having a kidney transplant, stated "if things continue like this" Fatih Terim's side "will become the new Greece".
The Werder Bremen striker scored Croatia's only goal in the 119th minute of extra-time, but just when he and the rest of his team-mates were about to celebrate qualification to the semi-finals Semi Senturk equalised for Turkey. The Turks went on to win on penalties.
"If Turkey continue to have this sort of luck we will have something very similar to a new Greece. We were much better than them during the match, the Turks hardly created any goal-scoring opportunities," he said.
"I think the Germans will beat Turkey easily, because the luck they have had can't continue for always."
His team-mate, centre-back Josip Simunic, was also devastated after the defeat, and he hopes "to never have to live such drama for the rest of his life", in reference to the manner in which Slaven Bilic's side lost the match.
The Hertha Berlin defender added: "Football is like this, but life goes on, however, I hope I don't have to experience that kind of drama ever again."

Turkey are doing a Greece imo. They work hard and while they might not be the best team through out the game they seem to win. They will definitely will push Germany and I can even see an upset because the Turks seem to thrive when they are a goal down. However if they are to threaten Crazy Jens, Nihat will need to get more involved than against Croatia.
Will Volkan be available or will Rustu still be no.1. I hear that Volkan appealed against his 2 match ban but does any one know the outcome.

I don't know about this game. I think it will be much closer than you will think.
The Germans are favoured, but they are not playing that rock hard defensive game I thought they would.
They are fouling hard like most German teams of the past, so they could get under the skins of the Turks.

Jager is right, the german centre backs arent really communating with eachother and this game will be very close. Germany would need some luck to win this.

First off, I don't like the favourites tag. We don't need it.
It is a fact that we have a lot of advantages on this, that are obvious and I don't even want to name. But, don't look at them.
Turkey are comeback kings, but I think, and I hope that Jogi Low & Co. are very much aware of that, and they won't allow it to happen again.
Leave everything aside. Leave aside the favourites tag, leave aside the 'advantages', everything.
We just have to play our game. We can do it.

The reason why they're comeback kings is because they track back at the right times.... and the way they neutralize the MF is incredible, marking their man without allowing space.
Shame that Arda Turan is OUT but don't count the Turks by no means.
FORZA TURKEY!

this would be a walk in the park for german.
what the german side displayed in the portugal game was flawless!!.no missed tackles, no defensive fragilities, no complacency and mainly they took every god damn chance that fell and made it sure that it payed full dividends.
germany once again proving the masters of euro and will go to the final.turkey is good but this is where the difference between a good team and a world class team wth a top notch in every thing(except lehman tho the old man still has some left) is on show.

Bring On The Turks, Declares Klose
German striker Miroslav Klose has declared his side are ready for their semi final showdown with Turkey at Euro 2008.
The Germans qualified for next week’s match by beating Portugal 3-2 whilst Turkey ousted Croatia on penalties to book their place.
Speaking ahead of the game, the frontman revealed his side were looking forward to the match and couldn’t wait to get started.
He said: “We are well prepared to play against them, I feel good, the team feel good, we are ready to go.”
The Bayern Munich striker also confessed that his side hadn’t played too well in the group stages, which saw them qualify as group runners up to Croatia.
“We survived the group stage without playing the football we wanted, that's why we are so happy to have played such a good game against Portugal,” he continued.
Klose, who opened his Euro 2008 account with a goal against the Portuguese in the quarter final is hoping the Germans can repeat their good form in that match against the Turks.
“We had a lot of pressure on us, we want to play in the same manner again,” he said before adding, “It was obvious the team felt good during the game, but the main thing is we were ready to run and fight during the whole game.”
Klose paid tribute to coach Joachim Low as the key reason for the German’s success against Portugal, despite the coach having to watch the game from the stands after having being sent off in the Germans’ previous match.
However it was the coach’s decision to play a new formation that benefited Klose, as he himself admitted.
“If you play a 4-5-1 system, as a forward, you don't have to track back as much,” he revealed before adding, “You have to keep the two central defenders busy, it was my mission and I did it properly.”
The Bayern striker also took the opportunity to praise his Turkish team mate Hamit Altintop who he will come face to face with in the semi finals.
“I have only words of praise for him,” he said, before also adding. “From his work-rate and quality he is the best Turkish player.”
However despite his kind words Klose is confident he side can overcome Altintop and his Turkish colleagues and seal their place in the final of Euro 2008.
“It will be a difficult game, but we want to win," he concluded.

... That's what i've been saying in every post. That's how Portugal's 2nd goal happened. Mertesacker crouched thinking Lehmann would come out but didn't.
Does anyone read what i post?
