I definitely don't agree with this.
If you consider those 3 players to be flops, then you have a very wrong definition of the word "flop".
Flop is a player which has been given much playing time but has been rather disappointing (neither of those 3 meet the criteria, so I really cannot understand why you consider them to be flops).

I don't think Gekas has been as bad as you're making it out to be. Yes he hasn't played much lately, but he has his share of goals (7 goals, just 2 behind Klose/Toni and he is Leverkusen's top scorer). To consider him a flop, is wrong, in my opinion.

Grossmüller isn't as bad as you're saying, he definitely isn't Schalke-class, but he could may well become a good player in the Bundesliga, if he moves to a smaller side.
On a side note, I would add Mike Hanke to the surprises.
He has been good for Hannover, has scored 5 goals and has been their main threat along with Huzsti. He seems reborn at Hannover, after a poor season with Wolfsburg, unlike his team mate Benjamin Lauth.
I would add Ewerthon to the flops list. He has been given more than enough chances at Stuttgart, but he is yet to impress, with just 1 goal in the Bundesliga. I would rather have Cacau or Marica over Ewerthon, any day of the week.
