Ribery reveals l'OM agreement
Quote:
Franck Ribery has revealed he has an agreement with Marseille's majority shareholder and other club officials which will allow him to leave at the end of the season.
The French international is being strongly linked with a summer exit from the Stade Velodrome, with clubs across Europe known admirers of the playmaker.
Arsenal, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are all strong candidates to sign Ribery, although l'OM have slapped a €20million (£13.5million) price tag on their star.
Ribery is desperate to play UEFA Champions League football next season and the 24-year-old has an agreement with majority shareholder Robert Louis-Dreyfus to let him depart in the summer.
"No club has contacted me directly," Ribery told L'Equipe. "And if my agent or my club has been contacted I don't want to know it before the end of the season.
"I ask my agent not to tell me anything. My priority is to finish the best with Marseille.
"Has Robert Louis-Dreyfus given me his agreement to let me leave in the summer? Yes and the officials did too. I trust them to fulfil their commitment.
"Do I want to leave in June? Very honestly, it will depend on Champions League qualification.
"I also would like to discover new foreign leagues like England or Spain. But you can understand I can't talk a lot about that."
Ribery, who has recently returned from a month out with a broken foot, hopes Marseille will finish in the top three and claim a spot in next season's Champions League.
"We have eight matches remaining and I keep faith for Champions League qualification," he added. "Third position is just a few points away.
"I say it clearly: I want to play in the Champions League, it is my main personal aim."

Bayern München, I hope so. But if he won't end up at Allianz, he'll go to Bernabeu, that's for sure.
Beckenbauer likes him, and I like it when Beckenbauer gets involved in our transfers directly. Some weeks ago Kaiser gave up, but I'm sure he'll renew his interest and approach since Ribery said he has an agreement that lets him leave.

I think he'll go to Arsenal if Henry stays, they're supposedly very good friends and Ribery has already been heavily linked with them.
Also the rumours that Inter are lining up a bid for Rosicky and Hleb could be on his way out imply Arsenal will need a new winger.

I think Ribery will play for Real Madrid next season, Real's president as stated his interest in Franck. I'm sure Real will make a move for him

Real need wingers. They usually play Robinho and won't have Beckham or Reyes next season although they don't use them.
Ribery, Robben, Ronaldo one of which will probably go to Madrid although Ribery is the most likely.

He has also been linked with Juventus. If he goes to Italy-- and supposedly he's said that he would like to-- I think he's more likely to end up at Juve than Inter.

I don't think this player is on our radar at all, simply for the fact he is very one dimensional, and he can only play wing. We don't use wingers.

i think if ronaldo stays at ot then ribery will be going to the bernabau,if he doesnt go there then i suspect he will go to arsenal due to the french connection but then again if he wants champions leage football theres no gaurentee of that at the emirates at the moment.

I think he'll end up at Arsenal, he seems like there type of player. He will also get hyped up like he is the second coming of god or something.

Nedved could easily play another season imo, and I think he will. He has to be 1 of the most fit players in the world, as his work rate is top class, even at 34.
Juve is a possibility, but only if 1 of either Camo or Marchionni leave, or maybe both.
