I know what you're saying and to a certain extent I agree but I just get a kick out of seeing these smaller clubs doing well, it's good for the game.

They have to grow at a steady rate over the course of three to four years.

Look at Lazio, they will be a much better team next year.

As Roma is doing better this season.

Yeah, Lazio have done better than I thought they would this season.

Dellio Rossi deserves a lot of credit because they haven't got many big name players.

No they don't, they have built with youth, and some of their players are top rate, maybe top class, but they are decent team.

They just lack the right magician atm...I hope we see them go to South America and scout some talent.

if they get a wnner, look out.

Due to this summer, Italy's strength in Europe for next yr will be shit. Palermo and Empoli dont have CL squads imo.

Not much has changed after this weekend despite Fiorentina beating Torino 5-1.

Milan, Lazio and Empoli all won with Palermo being the only team to lose.

They will see Uefa cup. But mostl ikely won't have Toni around to help them. It will be Mutu's Fiorentina that will lead them. Hopefully he can.

No matter how shit you think it is though if Fiorentina qualify for the competition they'll be one of the favourites to win it in my opinion. Any Italian success in Europe is good as far as I'm concerned.

Well the draw with Messina means they'll be in the UEFA Cup next season which isn't bad considering they started on -15 points.

I wonder how much higher mutus goal count will go without toni on the team to take alot of the shots.. It could either go through the roof or be really crappy if hes not getting the passes from toni
