For whatever reason they're just letting his contract run out. I'm pleased though, at least he'll be back in Italy next season.

there's just too many strikers in our squad
obviously in the first team there's henry, RVP, adbayor and both baptista and walcott can play upfront as well as in midfield
aliadiere's recent form also pushed him up the pecking order
young strikers out on loan where bendtner, stokes, vela and lupoli
I think probably only one of those can make it
we've sold stokes - vela is still very young bendtner is arguably a more complete player than arthur the wolf
who is an out and out fox in the box - the new schillaci

good signing he has an incredible reserves record and he has been superb in the Championship this season with his goal tally. him and bendtner from the reserves looked like they would make a formidable strikeforce for arsenal but he's chosen Italy and Fiorentina to develop.

yeah i just went and checked and realised, couldnt delete this thread though.

on a free?? i didn't know that! that is a very impressive move. it's obvious that's what Lupoli wanted but Wenger could regret it if he fulfils his potential.
