Official: Porto sign The HULK! Be aware...
Givanildo Vieira de Sousa aka Hulk, could be our new striker.
He plays for the Japanese team Tokyo Verdi. Last season he scored 37 goals in 42 matches. He is left footed, a beast physically speaking (hence the nickname) and is a great free-kick taker.
The rumoured price is 4m €.
OJOGO ONLINE
Although a nice goalscoring record, thats disappointing. I wanted a good and experienced target man and not a young and unknown striker.

Done deal, 5.5m € for 50% of his rights, plus a 40m € buy-out clause, in a 4 year deal.

I don't know why Porto keeps signing foreigners, they have a fantastic youth system but seem to not use it for their benefit.

The Hulk seems to be integrating fast and is giving signings that he could become an important player for Porto.

Hulk is really selfish on the ball, but he looks like a good player, once he gains some tactical culture and starts passing the ball more, he will become a very useful player for us. Had a very good game today
