I hope this isn't one of those games of where we struggle against a lowly team. We need to be kicking ass and taking names. Yet Energie doesn't really have any players that are playing in the internationals this week, while our core players are gone. I hope our players can recover quickly.

Usually when we are first on the table and our opponent is dead last(Cotbus in this case) we lose or manage a tie, but we are third now so I think we might have a chance this time.

Bayern will be without personal problems for the match.

Franck Ribéry, who picked up an injury playing for France and was taken off, has been declared fit and he will play.

Tim Borowski, who reported abdominal problems, has also been declared fit and will play.

Lucio, who didn't travel to play for Brazil because of adductor problems, has returned to team training after shaking off the injury, and will play aswell.

Hopefully Bayern will take it easy on poor Energie. Their coach comes from the same country as I do and I naturally wish him all the best. Still, Bayern need the win, but hopefully it won't be too br00tal.:P
