I think Bayern can afford that, but I think he is being linked with Man Utd, so he'll prabably prefer to move to England.
The player I would like to have is Miroslav Klose.

Yeah, Man Utd have been heavily linked with Torres and in my opinion they really need a player like him.
As for Klose, would he really be an upgrade on what you've already got?

Santa Cruz...I don't even consider him a player anymore.
Makaay is close to 32 years of age, won't last long.
Podolski's season so far have been disappointing.
Pizarro wants to earn as much as Oliver Kahn, so Bayern still haven't renew his contract that ends this season.
So Klose would be welcome, but he doesn't want to leave Bremen.

Podolski will come good, remember he's only young.
Pizarro is quality from what I've seen and Makaay is deadly on his day.
In my opinion you don't need a target man like Klose, you need someone that's more like a forward.

Maybe David Villa although I doubt Valencia would sell.
