Bayern has been linked with Berbatov aswell.
Would be a good transfer, definately. He's a good striker, and is in top form, that's all that matters. But, I honestly can't see him returning to Bundesliga. And as his manager said, he is not leaving, so forget about it.

Klose-Toni: Bayern and Juventus battle it out
Werder Bremen striker Miroslav Klose’s future still hasn’t been decided. After rumours linking the player with a move to Barcelona, it now appears Bayern Munich have joined the race to sign the player, whose contract lasts until June 2008.
While Spanish newspaper Marca believes Klose and Barcelona are close to an agreement, Bayern general manager Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told Bild Zeitung newspaper: “If Klose wants to come and play for us, he can just say the word and we will take care of everything.”
Klose is also wanted by Juventus, who are also interested in Toni, who himself could, according to some, join Bayern next season.

Bayern scouting the French league!
Reports are circulating that German champions Bayern München are scouting the French league for months. According to certain reports, the Bavarians are interested in a Frenchman.
Who could help us?
Mathieu Bodmer (Lille), Antonio "Rio" Mavuba (Bordeaux), Florent Malouda (Lyon) and Sidney Govou (Lyon) are names that could help us.
Mathieu Bodmer (born 22 November 1982 in Évreux, Normandy, France) is a French footballer who currently plays for Lille OSC as a central midfielder. Bodmer had his contract extended until 2011, and this could be a problems. He's worth around 9 million euro's originally, but there's no doubt that the Lille heads would ask for a lot more.
Antonio "Rio" Mavuba (born March 8, 1984) is a French football player who plays at FC Bordeaux as a central and defensive midfielder. He has a valid contract with Bordeaux until 2009. He's worth around 7,5 million euro's originally, but obviously Bordeaux heads would ask for a lot more.
Florent Malouda (born June 13, 1980 in Cayenne, French Guiana) is a French football player. He is a midfielder, or left winger to be precise, playing for Olympique Lyonnais. He has a valid contract with Lyon until 2011. He's worth around 15 million euro's originally, but Lyon heads would want a lot more, obviously. Malouda is said to have alerted the curiousity of Bayern, but in race for him are Roma and Manchester United aswell.
Sidney Govou (born July 27, 1979 in Le Puy-en-Velay) is a football player from France of Beninese descent. He plays for Olympique Lyonnais. Govou is a naturally attacking player but rarely plays as a striker; he is more commonly deployed as an attacking midfielder, winger or in the 'second striker' role. He has a valid contract with his team until 2008 and is worth originally around 7 million. But, Lyon wouldn't consider releasing him for that price, so they'd obviously ask more. Govou is a transfer target for Bayern, and Liverpool.

Coupet invites Bayern to bid for him
Lyon goalkeeper Gregory Coupet has invited Europe's big clubs to bid for him over the summer.
The French international has extended his contract with Lyon through to 2010, but that hasn't stopped him from welcoming the interest of Europe's top clubs.
"Yes, there is a commitment [towards Lyon], but when teams like Barça, Milan or Bayern come calling, it is difficult to turn them down," Coupet told France Football.
He was also not averse to playing in England, and even cited the fact that his children knew the language.
"As my children speak English, it would not concern be to go to the Premier League," he said.
"The players with whom I have spoken have told me that football there is something completely different, and that is always very exciting for a player."
Bayern Munich and AC Milan are lookign for successors to Oliver Kahn and Dida, respectively, while Barcelona are also looking to add a world class goalkeeper to their squad ahead of next season.

Coupet is a great keeper, I wouldn't mind seeing him with #1 on his back at FCB.

Bild: Toni turns down Bayern
According to German newspaper Bild, Luca Toni has turned down an offer from Bayern Munich. The paper writes that the Fiorentina striker has no intention of moving to Germany, despite the club’s considerable offer. Bayern are now said to be focusing on Werder Bremen’s Miroslav Klose, also wanted by Barcelona and Juventus (who themselves are interested in Toni).

Luca Toni is not coming to Bayern although he spent a whole weekend there. The club paid him and his friends a stay at Munich's most expensive hotel and even paid the disco bill.
According to the Italian media Iaquinta is the next one to visit Munich.

By the way, Diego said Bayern doesn't interest him and he's totally focused on Werder and doesn't want to think about leaving.
Sucks.
All my hopes in van der Vaart and Klose.

Iaquinta is no better than Pizarro, he is worse actually. A waste of cash IMO.

As we have stated before, a playmaker is needed. Diego doesn't want to move (which isn't surprinsing) so van der Vaart is our main target.
But Bayern should also look at other players, my favourite is Lucho as you know, but Deco could also be a possibility since Barcelona are willing to negociate him.
Klose won't come to München, so I want Huntelaar.

Yeah, I don't like Iaquinta, another typical Pizarro.
