I hope he goes, he is past his prime, and has a major negative attitude. Even with Lahm moving on, we can secure 2 wingbacks easily. We need to focus on players with either CL or European experience to help us in the CL next year. Currently we would struggle against the ManU, Chelsea, Arsenal, RM, Inter Milan, Roma type teams.

So Lahm and Sagnol out at the end of the season, meaning Gorlitz and Lell as RB's next season...

Not sure about Görlitz. Karlsruhe have the option to buy him, and considering he has been a very good player for them and a usual starter, they will most likely sign him permanently.

Off topic (kinda), they have an option to buy, meaning Bayern have to accept their offer, but it doesn't mean Görlitz has to accept it, right?
I don't trust Lell. If both Lahm and Sagnol leave, a new LB and a new RB should be signed. (along with a GK, back up striker and a DM of course)

Hmm.. interesting. Well, yeah I guess, if Görlitz refuses I can't see the deal going through.

Lell has improved a lot this season. Remember he was an unknown when the season started. He will continue to improve. What he lacks is defensive strength, because he's quite good offensively.
He has been better than Lahm (and Sagnol) this season, eh?
But yeah, I agree, why not signing someone?

He is poor defensively IMO, not good enough at the level he is playing.
He is indeed good offensively, although he can't really dribble past opponents, he has a good cross.
But these days you must good at defending and going forward, or you're likely to either get raped (Lahm on Zenit's 4th goal) or fuck up the attacks (90% of Jansen's crosses this season).

That's relative, considering he has had a lot more playing time, due to Lahm being injured. But yes, he has had a better season, though I think it's mainly due to Lahm being shit, rather than Lell being very good.
We were linked with Zaccardo, who is known to be a friend of Luca Toni (team mates when Toni played for Palermo) and I heard he play all 3 positions at the back, so why not him perhaps?

Agreed with you.
Zaccardo? Hmm.. I've never seen him play, to be honest. So, I have no idea how good he is.

Zaccardo...
Italian international, can play RB and CB, strong player, never been one of my personal favourites though.
Potentially he could play for a top team, however, Palermo won't let him go easily (Zamperini can be a real prick at times).

Sport Bild has put up a gallery of the players who could sign for Bayern in the summer, together with their price.
- Andrea Barzagli. (CB)
He's valued 14.5 million euros, has a contract with Palermo until 2012.
- Christian Zaccardo. (RB)
He's valued 9 mill, has a contract with Palermo until 2012.
- Mathieu Flamini. (DM)
He's valued 11 mill, but would come for free, as his contract with Arsenal runs out this summer.
- Daniele De Rossi. (DM)
He's valued 30 mill, has a contract with Roma until 2009.
- Mahamadou Diarra. (DM)
He's valued 18 mill, has a contract with Real Madrid until 2011.
- Marouane Fellaini. (DM)
He's valued 6.5 mill, has a contract with Standard Lüttich until 2012.
- Paulo Andrés Ferrari. (RB)
He's valued 6.5 mill, plays for River Plate.
- Younes Kaboul. (CB)
He's valued 8 mill, has a contract with Tottenham until 2012.
- Kasey Keller. (GK)
Could come for little money from Fulham, less than 1 mill.
- Mark Schwarzer. (GK)
He's valued 4 mill, but could come free, as his contract with Middlesbrough runs out this summer.

Timo Hildebrand has denied the reports in the Spanish press of a possible move of him to FC Bayern in the summer.
The Valencia goalie says he has no intention to move to Bayern and become the successor of Oliver Kahn.
"In Munich they are looking for a second goalkeeper, and I would not sit on the bench", the former Stuttgart goalie told the Spanish media.
The newspaper "Las Provincias" in Valencia reported that Hildebrand has been in contact with Bayern. But he denied it, saying his recent visit in Germany was purely for private reasons.

I Agree with Hildebrand, de Rossi and Barzagli and maybe Zaccardo but the rest? No way! Btw Flamini signed a 4 year deal with Milan.

Hildebrand isn't good enough to replace Kahn, if we want a starter then get Frey. As for a possible number 2, I'd like Brad Friedel, the guy is immense.
Zaccardo seems more likely to me than Barzagli, since we already have 4 center-backs.
My transfers this summer would be:
OUT:
Schlaudraff (that's already done unfortunately)
Schweinsteiger (he's been shit all season)
Lahm
Sagnol
Ottl
IN:
a new left-back who can send a decent cross
Zaccardo
bring back Görlitz
promote someone from the youth squad to be the 4th choice striker
a world class DM
Transferable players:
van Bommel
Podolski
van Buyten

I'd hold onto Podolski for one more season. However, I would do everything in my power to get rid of Ottl and Sagnol. I cannot stand either of them.
As for that list from Sport Bild, we are DOOMED if we sign Kasey Keller as a keeper.
I mean the US isn't the greatest international team, but even HE was awful compared to the rest of the team. ANYONE but Kasey Keller.
I wouldn't mind seeing:
Flamini,
De Rossi,
Gattuso (if we're still interested)
Zaccardo.
It will hurt to see Piggy go...I'm secretly hoping it doesn't happen.
