done deal
while I think that it would be great deal for us it would never happen. Ribery is enjoying his time at Bayern, I don't see why he would leave. Also while Malouda has had a disappointing first season with Chelsea, i still personally think that he has more to offer us, and while I wouldn't like to see him leave I feel he will be sold, but definitely not in a part trade with Bayern and Ribery.

The Chelsea-Ribery article is complete bullshit, just someone who came up with it real quick just to get a story out.

Goal.com is nowadays like a TV commedy channel.
Used to be a good source, now they're posting 'anything'.
They should have some control on the articles. How can they post some nonsense like that?

Vargas Set For Big Money Move
Catania standout Juan Manuel Vargas is quickly becoming one of the most sought after left-backs in all of Europe.
Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Juventus have all emerged as possible buyers for the attack-minded defender, who seems almost certain to be leaving Sicily this summer.

Villa Linked With Schweinsteiger
Premiership side Aston Villa are being linked with an audacious bid for Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Villains' manager Martin O’Neill has been spotted at the Allianz Arena on a number of occasions in recent weeks, causing the media to speculate than Villa could be tracking German international Schweinsteiger.
Schweini has also been linked with Serie A sides Juventus and Inter but a bold bid from Villa Park could well be on the cards in the summer as Martin O’Neill looks to strengthen his side ready for a push to challenge the top four.
With Olof Mellberg departing on a free to Juventus and Gareth Barry’s future unclear, O’Neill will be looking to bring in some quality signings in the summer.
It had been previously believed that defender Daniel van Buyten was O’Neill’s true target which could explain his visits to Munich.
The former Celtic boss has claimed that it is all just part and parcel of his role to watch as much football as possible and that his Munich trip was just part of a wider scouting trip.

Milan Begin Talks With Sagnol
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan have opened negotiations with the representatives of Bayern Munich fullback Willy Sagnol over a summer transfer.
Sagnol has had a nightmare season with the Bavarian giants, having twice fallen out with manager Ottmar Hitzfeld.
The 31-year-old has lost his first team place to youngster Marcel Jansen, who has taken the left-back role, with Phillip Lahm occupying Sagnol’s usual right back position.
Earlier this week Sagnol issued a scathing attack on Hitzfeld, revealing his deep hatred for the coach, and blasting him for playing him in an attacking midfield position recently.
His choice words have seen him suspended from the Bayern squad for the second leg of their UEFA Cup semi-final against Zenit St Petersburg tonight, and his future at the club beyond the end of the season is in huge doubt.
Milan are trying to take advantage of the situation, and according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, they have held preliminary talks with the full-back’s representatives.
Sagnol, who has been at Bayern for eight years, has also made 54 appearances for the French national team, playing at both the 2002 and 2006 World Cups.
He was close to moving to Juventus in 2006 before the Calciopoli crisis, but the transfer eventually fell through.
