I don't know man. Looks like the players are not putting full effort.
When I looked at the roster in the first week of Bundesliga, in August, I said this is the best team we had since 2001. But no. They are not doing anything. But they have abilities to beat any team in the world. But they're not putting their full effort. Why is that? God damn. This is not the real Bayern, it is not!

IMO, we lack a leader inside the pitch.

Since Effenberg that we don't have a true leader. Ballack was alright, but he left as well.

I'm afraid we will never have another Effenberg.
Ballack was near him. But he left us.
And we his absense is clearly obvious.
We definately need a playmaker.
When Van Bommel arrived, I said this is the Ballack replacement.
But no, MVB is only a defensive midfielder, he's not a playmaker.

Van Bommel is a fighting player, not much technique.

Tbh, I would drop him if we sign a real playmaker.

I think Ottl is ok and Demichelis can also play as DM, so that position doesn't concern me.

Signing him was a great move.
We need him. He's a big help to the defence. He's a cannibal, a great fighter.

I'm just not a big fan of his game, but what we really need is a playmaker, we already have good DMs.

Van der vaart would be a class signing 8)

Lucho Gonzalez from Porto would be wonderful too.

Don't rate Altintop or Basturk as Bayern players.

Quaresma would be wonderful, but Porto wants at least 20m €.

Bresciano is a good player, but he wouldn't fit our system.

Bresciano likes to play the AM position, behind the strikers. Bayern need a playmaker who can coordenate the tempo of the game, while playing as CM.
